ReflectoSphere is committed to making night time and low visibility conditions safer for people worldwide, through the development and increased use of practical, highly functional and cost effective retro-reflective products.

Our Company

We are a Canadian firm, founded in 2002, and based in Southern Ontario. The ReflectoSphere Division of our firm has developed a range of Coatings and Printing Inks that are highly reflective after dark and in low light conditions. They have many functional uses for increasing safety and the night time "conspicuity" of Vehicles, Highway Hazards, Surfaces and Structures, as well as Consumer Goods and around the Home.

ReflectoSphere reflective products are based on Hemispherically-Aluminized, High Index Glass Microspheres, developed specifically for use in coatings and inks, and which we also market as ReflectoSpheres. When correctly formulated into coatings and printing inks, ReflectoSpheres act like a continuous layer of microscopic, randomly-oriented, parabolic mirrors which reflect light back to the source regardless of the angle of combined light source and viewing.

ReflectoSphere's versatile line of retro-reflective products can be readily applied by conventional coating and ink application means to virtually any solid surface and represent a unique and cost-effective alternative to far more expensive reflective sheeting and tape applications. Our marketing focus is within several key niche areas of a very diverse and global demand for retro-reflective products.

Our Aerosol Acrylic Lacquer, which offers the convenience of effective on-the-spot "reflectorizing" of many objects, has been available on the Canadian retail market for over two years. For general purpose use, our Single Component Acrylic Latex provides highly durable coverage with long-lasting reflectivity on a variety of industrial substrates.
